Shipping

 

We pack every order with care and send it on its way as quickly as we can, because no one likes waiting too long for a little magic to arrive.


DISPATCH TIME

Orders are carefully packed within 24 hours and generally dispatched Monday - Friday (please see below for our process during warmer months). During busy periods or launches, dispatch may take a little longer and we thank you for your patience.


TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE SHIPPING

Our candles are a little like us, they don’t love the heat. To maintain the integrity of our products and keep our candles as toxin free as possible, we do not use heat stabilising additives in our candle formulations. As a result, extended exposure to heat during warmer months may cause your candle wax to soften and the surface to sweat. Although this won't impact how your candle burns, it may impact how it looks! So in order to keep your candle arriving just as it should, we may be required to adjust our dispatch days as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: dispatched Monday–Wednesday

  • Express Shipping: dispatched Monday–Thursday

This helps reduce the chance of your candle sitting in transit over a hot weekend and preserves its integrity as it journeys to you.


SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control.


SHIPPING COSTS

Candles might be small, but they’re heavy and surprisingly expensive to send safely. To keep things simple, we offer two flat-rate shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $15

  • Express Shipping: $20

No surprises at checkout, just one simple rate wherever you are in Australia.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this stage, we don’t offer international shipping as standard. However, if you’re overseas and dreaming of our candles, feel free to Contact Us or email hello@forallthedays.com and we’ll do our best to arrange a personalised shipping quote for you.


LOCAL PICK UP OR DELIVERY

We offer free local pickup or delivery, available Monday–Friday. Select this option at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange a time.


TRACKING

Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey home to you. Once your order has arrived, we endeavour provide proof of delivery images.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double check your shipping details at checkout. We can’t be responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly supplied addresses. If your order is returned to us, re-shipping fees may apply.


LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (the sooner the better) and we’ll do our best to make things right. Please be aware that we endeavour to include proof of delivery images for all orders.


Returns & Refunds

We hope every candle feels like it was made just for you. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll make it better.


CHANGE OF MIND

Because our candles are handmade in small batches and are expensive to ship, we are generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We understand that selecting a scent is deeply personal and particularly tricky when purchasing online. For times when the choice is too difficult to make, we have The Scent Journey Discovery Set which includes a 60g mini size of each scent. Alternatively, please reach out to us at hello@forallthedays.com or fill out the contact us form and we can get a better understanding of your preferences and suggest a perfect match for you or a gift.


REFUNDS

In the event a refund is requested and subsequently accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return your candle(s). Items sent back without first requesting a return via hello@forallthedays.com or our contact us form will not be accepted or returned back to the sender. When returning, please ensure the candle(s) are in the same condition they were received in, unused and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase will also be required. approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (the sooner the better) via hello@forallthedays.com or our contact us form with your order number and a photo. We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


LOST PARCELS

If your parcel goes missing in transit, reach out and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible. Please note, we include proof of delivery images.
